Lifestyle and Diet for preventing and reversing Heart Disease and controlling Diabetes, High BP, and Obesity – Workshop with Dr. Bimal Chhajer

On July 10, JVBNA hosted a workshop with Dr. Bimal Chhajer, renowned cardiologist from India, at the JVBNA Center for Peace and Meditation, in the auspicious presence of Samani Sanmati Pragyaji and Samani Jayant Pragyaji. Dr. Chhajer is widely known for his lifestyle program to reverse heart disease naturally. The master of ceremony for the program was Shanti Singhi.

JVBNA members and guests heard Dr. Bimal Chhajer’s interactive lecture on lifestyle changes for the reversal of heart disease and control of diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. He discussed in detail the underlying causes of why these diseases are on the rise such as high fat poor diet, lack of exercise, and stress among other things. He further went on to discuss the limitations of traditional medicine and surgery to treat heart disease and why a lifestyle change was the most effective solution.

Dr. Chhajer’s lecture was so well received that by popular demand, JVBNA invited him for a full day camp that was held on Sunday, July 17. Camp attendees learnt in greater detail about zero oil cooking, stress management, exercise tools, etc. The camp also included a delicious “zero oil” lunch to give the attendees the proof that it can be done. Attendees left the workshop feeling inspired and empowered to take control of their health and well-being.
